Qualification: As per Assam Police official notification candidates
must be H.S.L.C or equivalent from recognized Board or Council.
Eligibility Criteria –
Nationality - Candidates must be Indian citizens,
permanent resident of Assam. Selected candidates will have to submit proof of
residence /Domicile Certificate after publication of the final select list.
However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC/MOBC are exempted from
submitting such certificates.
Employment Exchange - Candidates must register his/ her name
with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
Local
Language - Candidates must speak
Assamese or any other state language fluently.
Age Limit –
Candidate age must be between 18 to 30 years as on 1st July 2022.

Certificate from the Competent Authority. NO CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY OTHER
STATES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

certificate issued by Competent Authority, if any (for which the candidate would
be claiming weightage marks).
